HEALTHY SWEET TOOTH ALTERNATIVES

I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth. Give me alll the sugar all day every day…. BUT, that isn’t the best for you… And as I have gotten older, I have put a bigger emphasis on health and my diet. Finding little swaps here and there for sugary alternatives is a great place to start when you are trying to kick the sugar! For me, I have loved anything from the Tosh Snacks brand. All of their snacks taste like indulgent treats, BUT, without the guilt!

MY DAILY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Picky eaters of the world, this ones for you. Everyone who knows me, knows I am the PICKIEST eater in the world. I don’t really like any meat but I will occasionally eat chicken if it’s really good quality and marinated so it doesn’t taste like chicken. I also don’t eat any seafood which surprises most people because I have grown up on Cape Cod. I was seriously lacking protein and nutrition in my diet and then I found my holy grail: Tropeaka.

I have hated all protein powders in the past because they tasted milky to me and I hate milk. The Tropeake protein powder is so good and all their products are so clean! It’s all plant based so it’s free from dairy, soy and gluten. I also love that it’s super easy to digest so you don’t get bloated.

This is my recipe for my daily smoothie that I typically drink after a workout:

MY EXPERIENCE AT F45

F45 is legit one of the craziest work out classes I have ever taken…. and I LOVE it. F45 stands for Functional 45 Minute Training. Every class is different and you will NEVER take the same class twice. Thats one of the reasons I think I have seen such great results with it is because you are constantly challenging your body to try something new.

I first heard about F45 when I was watching YouTuber, Sarahs Day, video and she went to a class! I then walked by one around where I live and just couldn’t wait to try it!

When you get to the class, the first few minutes are spent explaining what each circut is. And don’t worry, if you forget, there are TVs in the first of the room with all the moves! Now, every class is different, but my boyfriends and I’s favorite is the Saturday class!! It’s a one house class with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. And that little 15 second break really isn’t a break because you are switching stations.

I have literally only gone to one week of classes and I feel like I have a 6 pack coming in…. I have never done a workout where I see results this FAST! I can't wait to continue my F45 journey and see the progress my body, my strength and my mind makes!
